As a prepper or bushcraft camping enthusiast, wilderness survival skills are key! The right survival skills allow you to protect your family and help everyone survive in a crisis. Here’s a top video with 20 wilderness survival tips by Mike Pullen from TA Outdoors. Here’s the list of 20 tips from the video:

1. The Cramp Ball Fungus: Dry Cramp Ball Fungus is great for fire lighting. And when covered with moss, its pungent smoke deters bugs from your campsite.

2. Tin Can Fishing Hook: Snap the ring pull, break one end, bend it 90 degrees, and sharpen it with a stone to make a fishing hook.

3. Potassium Permanganate Fire

4. Can Woodstove: Cut a hole on the side of a tin can to create a lantern or cooking stove.

5. Primitive Glue: Melted resin from coniferous trees creates natural glue that can be hardened and carried around.

6. Birch Bark Fire

7. Wood Drinking Cup: Find a 3-inch (diameter) log and fashion a makeshift drinking cup.

8. Fish Skin Sandpaper

9. Hand Sanitizer Fire: Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are flammable and a great way to quickly kickstart a fire.

10. Tree Root Cordage: The roots of conifers are close to the ground and great for cordage.

11. Tree Bark Cordage

12. Feather sticks: Shave a piece of wet wood to create “feathers” on one end and shower it with sparks.

13. Basket Weaving: Collect vines of different thicknesses and weave them into a basket.

14. Bottle Filter

15. Axe Cutting Technique: Place one log on top of another—creating a ‘T’—for easier chopping.

16. Headtorch Tip

17. Hanking Cordage: This is a technique to hang up your cord and avoid tangles and knots.

18. Duct Tape Fire

19. Fire Roll: Pick ash and small wood pieces from dying embers, cover with cotton, and roll between wood surfaces to rekindle a flame.

20. Tree Bark Roof Tiles

😳 What Tinnitus Does To Your Brain Cells (And How To Stop It)

After 47 years of studies and countless brain scans done on more than 2,400 tinnitus patients, scientists at the MIT Institute found that in a shocking 96% of cases, tinnitus was actually shrinking their brain cells.

As it turns out, tinnitus and brain health are strongly linked.

Even more interesting: The reason why top army officials are not deaf after decades of hearing machine guns, bombs going off and helicopter noises…

Is because they are using something called "the wire method", a simple protocol inspired by a classified surgery on deaf people from the 1950s...
