An important thing that you have to remember, no matter the quality of your ingredients, is that you have to safely prepare your food. Most of the microorganisms found in meat can be killed during the cooking process. You must thoroughly clean your utensils and chopping boards before and after preparing the food to prevent contamination. You must also use different chopping boards for meats and veggies.
